You may not use Freshwave to upload infringing content, harass other users, distribute malware, scrape data, circumvent security measures, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
// Content Standards
All content you upload or share must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
// Automated Access
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the platform without our express written permission.

The Freshwave name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Freshwave Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Subscriptions & Payments
// Paid Plans
Freshwave offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
// Billing & Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
// Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances. Contact support@freshwave.app for refund requests.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
